comfortable stay but some areas need attention
The friendliness of the staff truly made a difference and added warmth to my visit. I appreciated the peaceful ambiance of the garden, which provided a lovely backdrop for relaxing afternoons. The pool area, with its inviting bar, became my favorite spot to unwind with a drink after exploring the local attractions.
While the overall experience was pleasant, certain aspects of maintenance could use improvement.

The hotel features a beautifully maintained pool area.
My experience at Kura Botanica was disappointing. The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, as the floors were sandy and not properly cleaned throughout our stay. Additionally, the disorganization upon check-in was frustrating. To make matters worse, the breakfast situation was confusing, requiring a 10-minute walk without any guidance. I expected better for the price we paid.

the two skinny twin beds were a total disaster, I woke up on naked mattresses every morning! then, how could there be absolutely no food or snacks on-site? to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade for putting up with such inconvenience but clearly, my status was overlooked. I was thoroughly impressed during my stay! The King Room was spacious and impeccably clean, with fantastic air conditioning, a must in the heat! The breakfast at the nearby restaurant was good and the short walk to it didn't bother me at all. Plus, returning to the hotel every evening felt like coming home, with the good staff, particularly Derrel, who made it a joy!
